Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods. If you have placed an order and wish to cancel please contact us immediately at sales@singandsign.co.uk
What if I don't like the product I ordered when it arrives?
We're sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within seven days of delivery for a refund. Simply contact us with a brief explanation, and post it back to us using the supplied return address by recorded delivery - we'll only be able to refund the price of the goods and not the delivery charge.
Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched in the UK. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund. If your item has already been dispatched then we'll only be able to refund the price of the goods and not the delivery charge.
How long will my refund take?
We'll issue the refund straight away and your account should be credited within ten working days, depending on how you paid. You should read our terms and conditions for more information on refunds.
I do not wish to continue with my Sing and Sign Online Membership, how do I cancel it?
You may cancel your membership if you make your request within seven days of receiving your activation email. You should request your refund from the person to whom you paid the membership fee. This will either be your own class teacher, or it will be this website if you registered yourself and paid online.
