  A bit more about me:

  Hello! I'm Amy, a passionate advocate for the benefits of baby signing and a dedicated mother to three wonderful children aged 7, 5, and 20 months. All my children have attended Sing and Sign classes in the past, and I have experienced firsthand the positive impact it has had on their communication. With a career devoted to working with children, including those with special needs, I firmly believe in the power of communication in fostering strong parent-child relationships. I have completed an Elklan course in Speech and Language Support, which has further fuelled my enthusiasm for helping parents and their little ones develop positive and meaningful communication skills. I am excited to support new parents on this incredible journey of connecting with their babies through sign language.

  What's so special about Sing and Sign?

  Which class is right for you?

  
  

  NEWBORN Babes classes are suitable from birth to six months, and these classes are 30-35mins long. They run for 10 weeks excluding school holidays. You will also get Babes level access to the Jessie Cat Club online resource centre. There is an optional upgrade to Gold or Premium membership at the point of booking. BOOK A BABES CLASS

  
  

  BABIES Stage 1 classes are suitable for 6-15months, and classes are 40-45 mins long. They run for 10 weeks excluding school holidays. You will also get basic level access to the Jessie Cat Club online resource centre. There is an optional upgrade to Gold or Premium membership at the point of booking. BOOK A STAGE ONE CLASS

  
  

  TODDLERS Stage 2 classes are designed for babies who have completed two terms of Stage One OR are walking until the age of three. These classes are 40-45mins long, and run for 10 weeks excluding school holidays. We begin to introduce some more advanced signing knowledge to support your baby's ever increasing vocabulary and love of learning. Colours are a favourite as well as phonics and exploring sounds to help them master new words every day. You will also get basic level access to the Jessie Cat Club online resource centre. There is an optional upgrade to Gold or Premium membership at the point of booking. BOOK A STAGE TWO CLASS

  
  

  Sing and Sign @HOME Course, suitable for babies from 0 months to 36 months. Please be aware that you need internet access and broadband for online delivery of this course. This online course, delivered by Team Sing and Sign will be a complete delivery of our full Babes, Stage One or Stage Two course content, streamed in weekly themes, with all our Signs of the Week, to grow your signing vocabulary as you learn with us. Each prerecorded lesson will remain available for 7 days, streaming from Monday to Sunday to allow you time to enjoy it at a time and on a day that suits you, before rolling into the next lesson! Each lesson is available for one week, reflecting our live courses, to keep everyone on the same page. We will build your signing vocabulary over the ten week course, teaching you over 100 signs and many songs to use with your Little One at home! The songs will be the same, much loved, Sing and Sign songs in line with correlating Signs of the Week and selected carefully by Speech and Language therapists when the programme was devised. Whole families are able to learn together and we encourage you to watch them as much as you can. We recognise that many people are back to work and some people are not ready to attend face to face classes so this is the perfect option for weekend viewing with the whole family!
